Only game in town if you want to camp right at the Canyon. The sites were narrow but not too close to each other. The picnic tables are cemented in so large rigs struggle a bit to get in. Ours was a pull through but we couldn't turn the corner due to the cement curbs. We are a 40' plus toad. I went up one row and backed the rig in. There is not too much for kids unless hiking or bike riding is their thing. Every morning Elk visit your campsite and there are lots of Ravens. Reservations are a must during the summer due to the large number of visitors. We would stay here again.

Very nice park. Convenient to Petrified Forest, Painted Desert and Four Corners. Lots of things to do in this area and this CG is convenient as a home base. We had two active 10yr old and the playground was excellent although dusty. The pool was cold but refreshing. Breakfast and Dinner available but we did not use them. Weather was perfect. No freeway noise. Friendly staff and they tried to space out the campers so you did not feel crowded. We would stay here again.

Terrible park unless you're a boater and don't care. Park was only 25% full but they crammed us all together in one section. When asked, they told us they lump all the reserved sites together. If arriving w/o reservations you can park wherever you like, first come first served. Shuttle driver was put out that he had to take us to the casino. The pool is on the other side through the casino. UGH! Very dirty and dusty. Firecrackers and fireworks sold adjacent to the park and allowed in a field adjacent to the RV park. Very disappointed. Would not return.

Very nice park with friendly staff. Clean uncluttered sites with some trees. Beautiful pool and large grassy area. Close to the freeway but no freeway noise. We could hear the trains but they were not disturbing. Staff seemed to avoid putting coaches together to allow privacy, which we thought was nice. We would stay here again visiting the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area.

Nice resort in the heart of Bakersfield. Across from new car lots which use annoying loud speakers during the day. Very quiet at night. Excellent pool and spa. Pleasant restaurant with excellent reviews, but we did not use it. Spacious spots with easy hookups. We enjoyed our stay here and would return.

It doesn't get much better than this. There are spacious sites, heated pool, 2 spas, free laundry all available 24hrs a day! The Casino is about 3/4 mile away with free shuttle service every 20 minutes. A paved trail surrounds the park. They just installed horseshoe pits near the clubhouse. There are free newspapers and hot chocolate. We will be back.
